Well, Emanuel is being his normal cheerful self. He's sitting in his chair next to me singing and blowing bubbles. The bubbles are a lot of fun. All that really means is he is now a projectile drooler. Instead of a mild stream running down his pudgy chin(s) we now have to dodge drool bubbles. But, it makes a fun buzzing noise and he seems to really enjoy himself.
I'm back... he found the cord to joystick and pulled it down. it didn't hit him, but I think he was frightened because he put up quite a fuss. So I put him now to learn to hello in four or five other languages. Because you never know when he might need to greet somebody in german or japenese. Japanese "hello" sounds to me like "ko-nee-kee-wah". It's educational for goodness sake.

Well, We had a pretty good weekend. For some reason the older Emanuel gets the less inclined he is to humor us in our great desire for a sunday afternoon nap. He doesn't cry too much, he just talks and sings, and if he is in the big bed he tries to eat our nose and lips and ears, That's just kissing though, and is it ever sweet. You never realize the joys of slobbery ears until you are a parent.
The last couple days he has been making this funny face, like he is trying to eat his own chin, we tried to capture it with the camera, but the above picture was the best we got before the camera battery died.
I think he'll be sitting unsupported soon he's doing it mostly now but then occasionally he'll just flop over. I like to squeeze his legs and admire his big muscles. Dustin tries to inform us that those aren't really muscles, but we know better. (:
