Easter

Yesterday was Emauel's first easter. I'm not sure what the big deal is about "first" holidays, I have a feeling that subsequent ones will be much more meaningful. It's hard to explain the point of holidays to an infant, and all the excitement simply makes him screech. I didn't really get any particular "aww worthy" eastery type pictures, but I'll go ahead and post a picture of him taken on his first easter.

chunk, chunk, Chunkola
What a cutie my grandson is. I had to wait to comment until granddad was home because I couldn't spell chunkola and that is the first thing that came to mind when I saw the picture. Oh and by the way I do check everyday, you just don't post everyday. I love coming here and seeing his face and reading your commentary. Mom

If that ain't the face of the resurrection radiance, what is? What a handsome little man.

Can you guess who the previous anonymous comment-leaver is, or do you need a paternal, er, um, perspicacious hint? If the latter, I can easily provide a nice little hint :).
Love you, Aunt Carrie

P.S. As an under-handed but oh so crafty pull for 'Best Aunt of the Year', I will mention that I completely disagree with the first poster- my nephew is sturdy; not chunky. The cute part, though, is true.
